Maintenance Request
Maintenance repairs, other than emergencies, will be performed as soon as possible. All after-hour emergency maintenance requests must be made by calling (570) 326-2458. Any after-hours, non-emergency maintenance requests made will be completed during regular business hours.
The maintenance services charges listed below are effective as of May 1, 2019. These charges are for estimation purposes only and may be subject to change.
Maintenance Service Charges
There may be charges associated with various maintenance services, including, lock outs and lock changes and repairs to doors, plumbing, appliances, windows, and more. Fees may vary based on the type of service and whether it is performed during regular business hours or after hours. These charges are subject to change and may be applied depending on the nature of the request.
