Lycoming Housing offers several locations that are deemed fair market rentals, which is YOUR RENT DOES NOT CHANGE IF YOUR INCOME CHANGES. All of our fair market units require one month's rent, security deposit. Our units include stove, hood range, refrigerator, dishwasher and air conditioning (either central air or window units). They have on site laundry facilities unless otherwise stated.
All residents have 24-hour emergency access to our maintenance staff.
