We, at Lycoming Housing, are dedicated professionals who respect and serve all of our customers. We offer great homes in nice neighborhoods. This is our duty.
To better assist our community, Lycoming Housing offers an array of programs ranging from public housing and Section 8 assistance to home ownership opportunities. We offer many resident oriented programs from youth programs to an awardwinning Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program which guides families in achieving economic independence and self sufficiency.
Lycoming Housing has nine developments in communities throughout Lycoming County to serve our residents. Our housing ranges from quiet family developments to those designed to meet the needs of our elderly or disabled residents.
The staff at Lycoming Housing is dedicated in exceeding the expectations of our residents by providing affordable housing in secure environments. Our goal remains to serve our customers by providing beautiful homes in neighborhoods you’ll love.
Applications for Housing Assistance may only be submitted online form any computer, laptop or smartphone with internet access. Applicants may apply any time when waiting lists are open. All applications successfully submitted will be taken. If you do not have a computer/internet access it is available at all Lycoming County public libraries and LCHA will provide limited computer/internet access (by appointment only) for those who need assistance at the following location: 1941 Lincoln Drive Williamsport, PA 17701. Lycoming County Housing Authority is offering eight Project Based Vouchers available (only) at the Muncy Greene Senior Living Apartments located on 291 John Brady Drive in Muncy, PA. Muncy Greene offers seniors one and two bedroom apartments in Muncy Township, Pennsylvania. The spacious apartments include energy efficient electric appliances, washer/dryer hookups, and large closets. Muncy Greene is a tobacco-free community and features a laundry facility, playground, business center, and more. Apply today if you and all household members are 62 years of age or older!
