To better assist our community, Lycoming Housing offers an array of programs ranging from public housing and Section 8 assistance to home ownership opportunities. We offer many resident oriented programs from youth programs to an awardwinning Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program which guides families in achieving economic independence and selfsufficiency.

Lycoming Housing has nine developments in communities throughout Lycoming County to serve our residents. Our housing ranges from quiet family developments to those designed to meet the needs of our elderly or disabled residents. For those interested in home ownership, we have
nine brand new homes offered at very affordable rates. We can assist with in-house financing or refer you to a program that best suits your needs.

The Lycoming Housing Authority wishes to enter into a contract with a qualified electricity supplier to supply service to the Authority's facilities for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
